Jonah 1:2 “Arise go to Nineveh that great City and cry against it for their wickedness is come up before me”
God calls us to preach to all nations. For Jonah it was an enemy nation hence his reluctance at first. His refusal to go to Nineveh and subsequent storm reveals that taking the gospel to the nations is God’s urgent agenda evidenced by 100% repentance at Jonah’s preaching.
